If you are looking for a quick way to increase the production capacity of your operation without all the fuss, this heavy-duty commercial gas range with two 35,000 BTU open burners and a 17" griddle is a great addition to your kitchen. It is tough and a breeze to clean, thanks to the stainless steel front, sides, drip tray, and front rail.
The 1" thick plate with a clip-on stainless steel backsplash retains as much heat as possible for as long as possible, helping you speed up cooking sessions. The griddle has welded steel splash guards on the side and back to protect from splashes and spills. The open burners have heavy-duty cast-iron grates that can be removed for thorough cleaning.
This commercial range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF guidelines.
