This 36" wide M45R heavy-duty commercial gas range is a combination of a standard oven and two (2) front-fired spectro-heat tops, perfect for operators looking to cook more and cook better. Stainless steel runs from the front to the sides, offering all the performance and durability you need to get through busy and challenging cooking situations.

Designed to support multiple pots for faster and more efficient operation, each hot top is powered by three (3) jet burners each with its own dedicated control knob. The burners have an individual output of 15,000 BTU for natural gas and 11,000 BTU for propane. The flat cooking surface means you can very easily and safely place and guide the pots to where they need to go. And with a 7.5" stainless steel front ledge, you have all the space you need to whip up your delicious offerings.

The hot tops come with removable cast iron rings and lids for easy maintenance while the heavy-gauge, aluminized steel radiation baffle system ensures maximum efficiency. The stainless steel drip tray won’t easily rust or dent and comes in one piece to reduce cleanups. 

The standard oven is 26.25" wide, 29" deep, and 13.5" high. The interior is made of porcelainized enamel to ease the task of after-use scrubbing and routine maintenance. It uses a piezo ignition so you won’t need extra power to turn the oven on.

The 6" legs keep this Garland commercial range stable, and they are even adjustable so you can set it up to the best height for ergonomic use and maximum productivity. Natural gas and liquid propane configurations are both available.
