With two (2) porcelain-enameled interiors, this 15.5" wide MCO-E-25-C electric half-size double-deck convection oven by Garland is built for fast-paced kitchens!
With a stainless steel front, top, and sides, this cUL and NSF-certified unit promises excellent performance in tough kitchen conditions! The air-baffling system spreads the heat around the cavity to ensure proper temperatures and precise cooking. Heated at 5.6 kW elements, each section is concealed behind a double-pane thermal window that not only makes for an energy-efficient operation, but also allows you to check on the progress instantly.
Maximize the interior for improved productivity using the five (5) chrome-plated oven racks in each oven cavity that you can move up and down on the nine (9) rack guides.
Powered by a 2-speed 1/3 hp convection fan motor, this oven maintains temperatures between 150° to 500°F, which you can adjust using the Master 200 solid-state control complete with a one-hour timer.
This Delfield convection oven is mounted on 4" stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet leveling leg insert. This unit uses a 208 or 240-volt electrical connection with either single or three-phase.
