I didn't have a lot of space but I needed a convection oven for baking and roasting various dishes and pastries. This unit is just the right size for me. Highly recommend it to anyone with limited space.

Questions and Answers
Is the unit hardwired or plug-in? If it is plug-in, does it plug into a 220V with a 20Amp breaker?
It depends on what Voltage and phase power you order. For example you used 220V do you want 1 or 3 phase power? These units are usually hard wired; however Garland will put a cord on the unit for an additional charge of $150. Please call us at 800-555-0666 ext: 1 to speak with a trained specialist.
