Master Series Heavy Duty Range, gas, 17", modular, charbroiler, briquettes, reversible flat/tilt grates, piezo spark ignition, flame failure device, stainless steel front & sides, 45,000 BTU, CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF (Garland)
With its modular design, this heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to quickly add a charbroiler to your existing production line. The unit uses briquettes that catch the drippings from the food to enrich the flavor. The grates are reversible so you can cook on a round bar pattern or a diamond pattern. They can be flat or tilted to adjust the intensity of the heat when cooking various meats and dishes. This commercial range comes with a piezo spark ignition that fires up the charbroiler without using lighters or matches. It has a flame failure device to keep your daily cooking sessions safe.
This heavy-duty range comes with a stainless steel front and sides that won't easily rust, stain, or scratch. It comes with CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications for safe commercial use.

Master Series Charbroiler with stainless steel front and sides. Broiling area consists of heavy duty rack sections which are easily moved for flat or tilt position broiling. Dual sided, cast iron broiler grates with 1/2" (13mm) rounded bar, (board brand) and diamond (fine) pattern on opposite side. 15,000 BTU (4.39 kW) burners controlled by individual Hi-Lo valves. Sentry total flame failure protection for all burners Large capacity full length grease drawers. Heavyweight, long lasting briquettes. Cabinet, 17" (432mm), 24" (610mm), or 34" (864mm), wide by 34" (869mm) deep, with two stainless steel full-sized hinged doors and front. Natural gas or propane. Available in modular models, suffix BT. NOTE: Broilers supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.
