Serve up savory charred dishes to hungry customers with the help of this heavy-duty commercial gas range from Garland. This unit features a 17" charbroiler that uses briquettes to add a rich and smoky flavor. There are three burners that deliver a total of 45,000 BTU to significantly increase your production capacity. The cast-iron dual-sided grates allow you to achieve a round bar pattern or a diamond pattern on the meats and vegetables for a more mouth-watering appearance. The grates can be tilted or flat so you can adjust the heat intensity that hits the food.
The piezo spark ignition on this commercial range makes starting the grill as simple as pushing a button. The base serves as a storage cabinet where you can conveniently place all your charbroiling essentials. The unit is stainless steel on the front, sides, back guard, front rail, and cabinet door for quality you can rely on for many years. The unit is mounted on 6" legs that can be adjusted to proper working height.
This heavy-duty range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF guidelines.

Master Series Char-broiler with stainless steel front & black power coat sides. Broiling area consists of heavy duty rack sections which are easily moved for flat or tilt position broiling. Dual sided, cast iron broiler grates with 1/2" (13mm) rounded bar, (board brand) and diamond (fine) pattern on opposite side. 15,000 BTU (4.39 kW) burners controlled by individual Hi-Lo valves. Large capacity full length grease drawers. Heavy-weight, long lasting briquettes. Cabinet, 17" (432mm), 24" (610mm), or 34" (864mm), wide by 34" (869mm) deep, with two stainless steel full-sized hinged doors and front. Natural gas or propane. Available in modular models, suffix BT. NOTE: Broilers supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.
