Master Series Range, gas, 17", Add-A-Unit, even heat hot top, steel plate, cast iron burner, storage base, electronic spark ignition, flame failure device, stainless steel front & sides, 6" adjustable legs, 27,000 BTU, CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF (Garland)
This heavy-duty commercial gas range is an even-heat hot top with a cabinet base. It is stainless steel front and sides so it can withstand the rigors of daily commercial use. The hot top features a steel plate powered by a cast-iron burner that delivers 27,000 BTU cooking power. You can easily fire up the hot top using the electronic spark ignition, and with the flame failure protection device, you can cook up batch after batch with peace of mind.
This commercial range is mounted on 6" chrome steel legs adjustable to a range of heights. The unit is CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
