The Globe G12A Food Slicer is an automatic light-duty model designed for a maximum of 2-½ hours of operation per day. If your business needs a slicer and it’s going to be used for prep work at the start of the day, heavy-duty Electric Food Slicers are overkill, and this unit will do everything you need it to at a better value level. The 12” hollow ground blade is made from a special chromed alloy that provides great edge retention while remaining easy to sharpen.

The end weight features gripping teeth providing enhanced stability when processing taller products while the pyramid-shaped teeth hold the product firmly during slicing for consistent cuts. This slicer can handle products up to 10-½” in length, 10” in width or 8-¾” in diameter.

Cleaning this slicer is a breeze with its anodized aluminum construction and seamless edges. The chute, slice deflector, and knife sharpener are all easily removed for cleaning.

This Slicer comes with a 6-foot power cord with a molded NEMA 5-15 plug for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity at 3.0 amps.
