The Globe G14 Food Slicer is a medium-duty manual slicer rated for 3-6 hours of cutting per day. This simple slicer is powered by a ½ HP motor that spins the blade with a reliable belt drive. The 14” blade is made from a special alloy and features hard chroming on its hollow ground edge for less drag and better edge retention. The chute is large enough to handle product up to 10-½” long and the blade allows for slicing product up to 11-½” wide or 9-¾” in diameter. The controls allow for slices up to 9/16” in thickness.

Operating these Electric Food Slicers is easy with simple moisture-proof on/off switches. The ergonomically designed handle is dual purpose and provides precise control over the chute. The chute glides effortlessly for smooth cuts thanks to ball bearings in the chute slide.

This slicer comes with a NEMA 5-15 plug that is molded into a 6 ft. long power cord for use with standard 115/60/1-ph power.
