Globe GHP24G Description
The Globe GHP24G Hot Plate is a mid-size high-performance countertop model with 4 burners featuring a combined maximum output of 88,000 BTU/hr. The front plate and frame of this hot plate are made from sleek stainless steel for durability, ease of maintenance, and longevity which ensures this unit will stand up to the challenges of daily commercial use without issue while maintaining its looks. The control knobs are made from durable metal and include set screws. Durable cast-iron burner grates provide exceptional support for cookware while providing maximum thermal transfer.
Adjustable pilots are easily inspected and adjusted from the front of the unit for convenience. An extended front edge provides users with a comfortable respite that is cool-to-touch. A full-length catch tray at the bottom of the unit completely covers the footprint of all 4 burners to make sure all debris is caught. The stainless steel catch tray is easily removed for cleaning. Adjustable 4” stainless steel legs make sure the unit doesn’t wobble on a countertop while providing convenient access under the unit for easy cleaning.
This unit ships configured to use natural gas, a conversion kit for use with liquid propane is included.
