The Globe GPGDUE14D Sandwich/Panini Grill features two 14-inch by 14-inch presses with grooved top and bottom cooking surfaces to provide the distinct grill lines onto food that provide a unique taste and texture. Grilling surfaces are made from extremely durable cast iron that has been seasoned to prevent food from sticking to it. Each Press has its own temperature control, timer, and catch tray. The built-in timer has four programmable presets allowing operators to quickly enter the cooking time for easily repeatable results. Making sure food is being cooked properly requires accurate temperature control which is why this unit uses thermostatic controls that allow users to dial in the temperature they need. This unit can be set to temperatures as high as 570°F and it will automatically maintain that temperature throughout the cooking process.

This grill uses a single NEMA L6-30P power connector attached to a 4-foot power cable that is protected by a stainless steel tube. This unit is configured to use 208-240v/60/1-ph power and produces 5400/72000 watts of heat energy.
