Proudly made in the USA, this freestanding food-warming solution boasts a stainless steel construction on the outside and the inside including the drawer slides and assembly for unmatched durability and rugged quality. It includes one standard food pan with a 6" depth that can fit a large volume of food all at once. This pan can be lifted straight out of standard width for easy access. 

Measuring 20.75" x 12.75" x 6", the drawers are durable and heavy-duty. And thanks to Hatco’s very own nylon rollers, this unit is virtually indestructible and unbelievably cost-efficient! You can count on this warming drawer to perform at its best for less energy consumption, thanks to the individual insulation of the top, bottom, and sides of the drawer. The sliding vents at the front can be easily adjusted so you always have the ability to find the right moisture level for your food.

The thermostatic control knob provides you full control of the drawer temperature to produce precise results and maintain a proper food holding environment at all times. It is recessed to prevent it from getting accidentally moved or knocked when things start to get busy in the kitchen. It has a temperature display that lets you know immediately if the contents inside are safe. 

To make this Hatco food warming drawer more versatile, you can select a variety of front drawer panel colors, which not just improves the look of your kitchen, but also saves time by allowing employees to instantly identify the contents of the drawer without opening it.

This NSF and cULus-certified food warming drawer requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection. A 6' (1829 mm) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included in the package.
