Each drawer is sized for a 6" deep food pan, which goes inside the fully insulated, energy-efficient drawers.

Since you’ll be sliding the drawers open and close frequently during operation, Hatco made sure you can do so smoothly with its nylon rollers, which are also renowned for their rugged quality so it can survive heavy use and minimize the need for replacing parts. The drawers open all the way so you can safely and comfortably handle the pan during placement or removal with no spillage to worry about. 

The thermostatic control on each drawer gives you the benefit of effortless accuracy while the temperature display keeps you informed of the situation inside the drawers. An on and off switch is also installed on each so you can manage your energy consumption. With the control panel deeper set than the drawers, you won’t have to worry about unintended adjustments when more employees start to move back and forth in the kitchen to fulfill peak hour orders. The sliding vents at the front panel enable you to add or limit moisture as needed.

This Hatco warming drawer comes in a cool selection of colors so you can match it with your current equipment and use it as a way to identify which products are which when you have multiple food warming equipment going at the same time.

This NSF and cULus-certified food warming drawer requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection. A 6' (1829 mm) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included in the package.
