Hatco HDW-1.5R2 Description
The Hatco HDW-1.5R2 freestanding warming split drawer unit can store and warm up to three different types of food all at once! One (1) half-size sheet pan occupies each of the drawers, which are all insulated from the top, bottom, and side panels in order to be highly effective in preventing spoilage and ensuring the cooked food remains at perfect serving temperature throughout the day.
The unit is made of stainless steel to facilitate easy cleaning and ensure that no corrosion, scratches, rust, and dents degrades its appearance and performance. The drawer slides are very smooth and simple to operate, thanks to the highly durable nylon rollers that are specifically designed to handle daily heavy use. The drawers open completely so the food pans can be safely and easily moved in and out of the slots. The vents at the front panels can be opened or close depending on the level of moisture you want in the dishes.
Each drawer has its own thermostatic control knob, temperature display, and on and off toggle switch placed on recessed control panels so your kitchen staff won’t accidentally move the knob or turn off the drawer when things start to get hectic during peak operating hours. If you want to reduce the operation to a simple tap, a model equipped with a touchscreen display control is also available.
The HDW-1.5R2 is mounted on 4" legs and comes with different colors as a way to match your current interior aesthetics and help you identify which is which with a glance when you use more than one food warming appliances.
This Hatco food warming drawer is certified by NSF and cULus and is made in the USA. requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection. A 6' (1829 mm) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included in the package.
A standard 20.75" x 12.75" x 2.5" pan is supplied with each drawer.
