Hatco HDW-3-120-QS (QUICK SHIP MODEL) Warming Drawer Unit

This freestanding Hatco HDW-3-120-QS warming drawer with three holding compartments is the perfect addition to a kitchen struggling to keep up with the demand during their busiest hours. By placing your precooked dishes inside the fully insulated 20.75" x 12.75" x 6" drawers, you can maintain a supply of your bestselling dishes ready to fulfill orders.

This Hatco warming drawer is made of stainless steel for a dependable, long-lasting build that can get by with light wipedowns. This unit is equipped with nylon rollers, which prolong the life of the drawer slides for added durability and affordable ownership! When it comes to its warming capabilities, the drawers are fully insulated while the vents are sliding and easily adjustable for moisture control.

Inside each drawer is a 6" deep food pan, and since the drawers open fully, you won’t have to tilt the pan and risk spilling the contents when placing or retrieving the pan.

Each drawer has its own thermostatic control complete with temperature display and on/off switch so you are able to set the right temperature required by different products. The control panel is recessed to protect from unintended adjustments that may occur if the kitchen starts to get a little crowded during peak hours.

The drawer panels can also be customized with a specific color if you want to color-code your warming drawers for faster identification of products. 

This Hatco food warming drawer requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection. A 6' (1829 mm) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included in the package. It is NSF and cULus certified for guaranteed safe commercial use.
