Hatco LFST-48-2X Flav-R-Savor Non-Humidified Large Capacity Merchandising Cabinet

The Hatco LFST-48-2X countertop merchandising cabinet allows you to display three shelves of food in 18 by 26-inch food pans. Your products are heated from the left and right to ensure consistent temperatures on both sides of the food. Temperature can be adjusted using a dial knob, so you can easily create the perfect environment to extend the shelf life and preserve the original, "fresh out of the kitchen" quality of your products. 

This unit has a pass-through design that allows rear and front access, which makes it perfect for self-service use as well. It touts an all tempered glass enclosure enhanced by the durable shatter-resistant incandescent lights that treat customers to a full view of the contents. The shelves can be adjusted in two-inch increments and can be set in a slanted position so the spread of products can easily be viewed. When the front of the house gets busy and the unit is accessed frequently, the display case is able to recover and return to the set temperature to ensure optimal product freshness.  

The LFST-48-2X countertop merchandising cabinet is a USA-made product that has passed quality standards set by cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4. It is shipped with a 6' cord and attached plug and is available in a variety of Designer colors to complement your interior space.
