The Hobart HS8-1 heavy-duty commercial meat slicer is a manual slicer that comes equipped with a 13" CleanCut removable knife with a knife removal tool. The slicer features an anodized finish with six (6) interlocks, a removable meat grip assembly, removable ring guard cover, single-action top-mounted knife sharpener, and cleaning kickstand.
