Imperial ITG-60 Description
The Imperial ITG-60 Griddle is a cooking platform providing 150,000 BTU/hr of heat energy with 5 burners onto a 1” thick high-polish griddle plate for even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. The burners are spaced 12” apart and are independently adjustable with cast aluminum control knobs protected by Valox™ grips. Each burner features a continuous pilot for instant ignition.
Grease management is made simple with the 4” wide grease gutter that empties into a 1-gallon grease can. The grease can features a weep hole to indicate when it is at capacity and it is easily removed from the front of the unit for cleaning.
The exterior of the griddle is made from durable stainless steel for durability and ease of maintenance, it will easily last for many years in a busy commercial kitchen. To allow for easy cleaning beneath the unit, 4” stainless steel legs are included.
This griddle can be ordered for use with liquid propane or natural gas.
