Specifications:
Unit shall be of welded stainless steel construction, and shall have a total carrying capacity of 600 pounds, evenly distributed. Unit shall accept 20 each 18˝ x 26˝ (one per ledge) or 40 each 14˝ x 18˝ (two per ledge) trays. Upright legs shall be of .120 x 1˝ x 1˝ angle material. Tray ledges shall be 1-1/4˝ (32) wide of 16-gauge angle material. Ledges shall be spaced at 3˝, and shall be continuously arc welded to upright legs at all points. Side panels shall have a center mounted vertical reinforcement of .104 angle stainless steel material, continuously arc welded to each tray ledge. Bottom cross member channels shall be 4˝ wide 18-gauge stainless steel with an additional 18-gauge stainless steel reinforcement. Casters shall be heavy-duty all swivel plate type, and shall be bolted to cross member channels with security hardware. Casters shall have 5˝ wheel with non-marking polyurethane tread.
