Commercial Griddle, countertop, gas, 59-3/4" W x 24" D cooking surface, 1" thick polished griddle plate, snap-action thermostat & piezo ignitor, grease chute and box, front grease trough, 3" side splash, stainless steel, 4" removable legs, 150,000 BTU, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF

- Double walled Countertop Griddle with stainless sides
- 15,000 BTU/hr burner for every 6”, thermostatically controlled every 12”.
