Slice Series Pizza Oven, deck type, gas, stacked (2) 24" x 36" baking chambers, brick lined ceiling, 1-1/2" thick brick deck, thermostatically controlled from 300°F to 650°F, double paneled door, stainless steel top & sides, 100,000 BTU, cETLus, ETL Sanitation, Made in USA

Construction
- 1½” thick cooking surface
- Stainless steel sides and top
- Heavy duty adjustable legs are welded to the oven’s base
- Arched refractory brick-lined ceiling for an even, efficient oven temperature
- Light counter weight double paneled door creates an air shield, reducing heat loss and keeping the oven work space cool
- Ultra high temperature fiberglass insulation allows for 0” clearance on both sides to combustible and non-combustible construction
