The Nor-Lake KODB810-C 8' x 10' x 6'-7" H Kold Locker is a dependable outdoor walk-in cooler that provides plenty of capacity to store refrigerated items safely and reliably. The 404 cu. ft. interior of this walk-in unit provides users with refrigerated storage options.

The 4” thick panels that make up this walk-in have an R-value of 25. This is accomplished with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation between the 26 gauge interior and exterior sides that feature a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco finish. To make assembly simple, each panel has female and male rails that overlap each other for a mechanically air-tight design. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners make sure that panels lock together tightly for a truly air-tight seal. The corners are protected by a continuous panel gasket that goes around the outer perimeter without any cuts or breaks. The ceiling and floor panels feature foamed-in-place edge caps that will stay in place for the life of the cooler.

This walk-in unit comes standard with a 26” wide door featuring a stepped profile that acts as a barrier against airflow. The door can be upgraded to a 30” wide one with a stainless steel kick plate at no extra cost. Two cam-lift hinges are included with the door and can be installed on the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to make sure the door swings freely while providing an airtight seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to keep the door from being left ajar. The door comes pre-hung on a 4’ wide panel complete with a vapor proof LED light controlled by a switch connected to an exterior indicator light, magnetic stainless steel trim, a replaceable perimeter heating wire, and digital thermometer. Items inside are kept secure by the NL 9800 deadbolt handle that comes with an independent key/padlock feature. To keep workers from getting locked inside the walk-in a safety release is included.

Cooling is provided by a ceiling-mounted RCPF150JC-E-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System producing 5692 BTU/hr that will maintain a temperature from 35°F to 38°F efficiently.  Adjusting the temperature inside is made simple by the Enviro-Control™ electronic controller system. This is also used for manual defrost and setting an automatic defrost timer. A single piece of 35 mill membrane is included to protect this walk-in from the elements. The white roof material does not need to be glued or seamed into place on the roof, metal flashing is included to secure it to the sides of the walk-in with self-tapping/drilling TEK screws.
