Pitco SE14TS-1FD Description
If your establishment needs a reliable Floor Model Electric Fryer the Pitco Frialator SE14TS-1FD Solstice Prepackaged Fryer System is a great option. This fryer features a dual 7” x 14” fry tanks with a total oil capacity of 40-50 lbs.
The fry oil’s temperature is regulated by a simple to use SSTC (Solid-State T-Stat) with a boil out mode and melt cycle. To keep everyone in the kitchen safe this fryer has a high-temperature safety switch and a drain valve interlock. To make operations easier and more automated this fryer can be ordered with the optional Intellifry I12 computer or digital controller. The I12 Intellifry has 12 elastic timers that make cooking 12 different menu items as simple as possible. The Digital controller has two timers. Either of these options can accept the automated basket lifts that make sure food is never over-cooked.
To lower operational costs this fryer comes with the Solstice Solo filter system that allows oil to be used for longer by removing debris. The filter pan in this system stays out of the way underneath the fryer in a stainless steel drawer. The drawer is easy to handle thanks to wheels at the rear. Oil is quickly filtered with an 8 GPM filter pump to reduce downtime and make filtration possible even when the kitchen is busy.
This fryer features stainless steel construction for its front, sides, door, and tank making it easy to clean and maintain. Heat is provided by immersion-type heating elements with a high-temperature alloy sheath and features mercury-free contactors. With 17 kW/h of power consumption this fryer easily heats the oil for quick recovery. It is available with many voltage configurations that allow it to work in almost any kitchen.
Two baskets are included with this fryer as well as a fryer cleaning brush, a sample packet of fryer cleaner, and a drain line clean out rod.
