With this Southbend heavy-duty commercial gas range, you can add a full-width griddle right on your countertop counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The unit has stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom that make it a tough piece of cooking equipment ready for the tough jobs.

The griddle on this commercial range comes with a total of four (4) 20,000 BTU burners and operates at a temperature range of 180 degrees Fahrenheit and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It is thermostatically controlled, so you can set the exact temperature needed to perfect each recipe. The plate is 1" thick, which helps with retaining heat so recovery between uses is shorter. The sides and the rear of the griddle have splash guards that ensure no liquids or food debris escapes to nearby surfaces or equipment. The stainless steel grease drawer can be removed for quick and easy discarding of waste. The cooktop has a 9.25" deep rail at the front.

This fully insulated lining and burner box make the operation efficient. The 5" stainless steel flue riser deflects the heat and smoke away from users and instead drives it towards the ventilation hood so it clears out of the room faster.
