Need French hot tops in your kitchen? This 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range adds two plus a cabinet base, so you have a powerful cooking station that can help you meet daily demand. The unit has stainless steel front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs that make for a robust piece of cooking equipment that can keep up with daily heavy use.

The French hot tops are individually powered by a 35,000 BTU burner and are fitted with removable steel plates that can get as hot as 900 degrees Fahrenheit at the center. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail that offers an additional work surface. Perfect for storing cooking supplies for easy access, the cabinet has removable doors that open from the center.

This commercial range has a fully insulated lining and burner to achieve better cooking efficiency. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser prevents heat and smoke from staying in the space by pulling it towards the ventilation hood.
