This 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range has six (6) open burners at the top and a standard oven at the base. Designed to handle tough cooking applications, this unit features stainless steel front, sides, rear, exterior, and 6" adjustable legs that won't easily rust, scratch, or stain.

The burners individually operate at up to 35,000 BTU. They have a clog-free design that helps maintain proper gas flow and makes cleaning overflow liquids much easier. Each burner comes with a removable welded steel top grate to hold up the pots and pans and form a smooth surface that aid in repositioning the cookware if needed. There is a removable drip tray for quick maintenance. 

This commercial range also lets you bake various recipes with the 45,000 BTU standard oven. With the thermostatic controls, you can set the exact temperature you want within the 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit range to perfect each recipe. The interior is made of porcelain enamel and is spacious enough to accommodate sheet pans in either direction. There are two (2) racks that you can set on five (5) different positions to find the best cooking spot for each dish.

The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail that runs the width of the heavy-duty range. The lining and burner box are fully insulated for an efficient operation. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser divers the heat and smoke emanating from the unit away from the users and towards the ventilation hood.
