This 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a 41.75" plancha mounted on two (2) cabinets. The front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" legs are constructed with stainless steel to create a sturdy cooking station that you can count on day-to-day.

The plancha comes with four (4) burners that collectively deliver up to 64,000 BTU of cooking power. The 0.5" thick reinforced steel plate is divided into two sections. Two-thirds of the plate is dedicated to searing so it can reach temperatures of up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit. The other one-third is designated for finishing the seared food so it operates at decreased temperatures. The cast iron burners offer excellent heat retention so the plancha can quickly reach desired temperatures after each use. The front of the plancha is a 5" deep rail while the sides and rear have splash guards. A 3" wide collection on the sides separates the waste so you can start preparing the next batch quickly. You can store your cooking supplies right inside the cabinets, which are made of stainless steel for added durability. They have removable doors that can be opened from the center.

This commercial range comes with fully insulated lining and burner box and a 5" high stainless steel flue riser that aids in expelling heat and smoke from the room by redirecting it toward the ventilation hood.
