This heavy-duty commercial gas range adds a full-width griddle and two (2) storage cabinets in a single footprint to help you pack as much functionality in a 48" footprint. With the stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom, and 6" legs that adjust to accommodate uneven floors, this unit is designed to last. 

The griddle has a total of eight (8) burners, each one delivering 16,000 BTU of cooking power. To help you cook various recipes, it is thermostatically controlled, so you can specify the temperature within the range of 180 degrees to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The 1" thick plate helps you save time on preheating and getting the griddle to the desired temperature. There is a 9.5" deep rail at the front and splash guards around the rear and sides to make sure that drippings and food debris do not splash or spill to the nearby equipment or surfaces. The removable stainless steel grease drawer catches all the grease for quick and disposal.

The cabinets allow you to keep everything you need for daily cooking in your reach so you can get more things done. They are both stainless steel so they are extra durable. You can access the interior of each one through the removable doors that open from the center.

This commercial range also comes with fully insulated lining and burner box as well as a 5" high stainless steel flue riser that deflects the heat and smoke produced by the griddle away from the users and towards the ventilation hood for immediate removal.
