This 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range fits eight (8) 35,000 BTU open burners, a standard oven, and a 12" cabinet in one 325,000 BTU unit. Designed to withstand the rigors of daily commercial use, the unit is stainless steel on the front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which are also adjustable to suit uneven floors.

The four (4) rear open burners are placed higher than the front burners to facilitate a smoother, more streamlined workflow. The burners each have a welded steel top grate that serves as solid support for pots and pans. The non-clogging design of the burners ensures proper gas flow and optimal size and strength of the flame. A removable drip tray helps you maintain the entire open top. The front is a 9.5" deep rail. 

The standard oven with a 45,000 BTU burner and a standing pilot bakes at a temperatures range of 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. You can set the exact temperature using the thermostatic controls to achieve desired results for each recipe. There are two (2) racks supplied, which you can set on five (5) side rails to find the best cooking spot for the products. The oven interior is porcelain enamel for easy cleaning. This commercial range also has a stainless steel cabinet where you can store all your cooking supplies for instant access. The doors are removable and can be opened from the center.

This commercial gas range is made complete with the fully insulated lining and burner box and the 5" stainless steel flue riser, which helps remove the heat and smoke produced during cooking by diverting it away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
