This 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range comes with a total of (8) 35,000 BTU open burners and two (2) cabinets. Built for long service life, the unit has stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs that defend against rust and corrosion.

The four (4) rear open burners are set higher than the front burners to help you create a more streamlined workspace that speeds up the cooking sessions. The burners come with removable welded steel top grates and are non-clogging to maintain proper gas flow and keep the flames in ideal strength and size. A removable drip tray allows for speedy maintenance. There are two (2) stainless steel cabinets for convenient storage of your cooking supplies so you have everything you need in the cooking station. Each one comes with removable doors that open at the center.

This commercial range features a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box. A 5" stainless steel flue riser deflects the heat and smoke produced by the unit from the user to keep the environment safe and comfortable.
