Packing versatility and power in a single space, this 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range comes with eight (8) open burners at the top and a standard oven and 12" cabinet combo at the base. The front, sides, rear, exterior, and 6" legs are all stainless steel to protect from rust and corrosion. 

The open burners each deliver cooking power of up to 35,000 BTU. With the non-clogging design, the gas flows without obstruction so the size and strength of the flame are always appropriate. The removable welded steel top grates on each burner form an even surface that holds pots and pans at the same level, which also allows for safe and ergonomic repositioning. The removable drip tray makes for speedy maintenance. 

The standard oven with a standing pilot adds another 45,000 BTU cooking power to the unit. It bakes at temperatures ranging from 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, which you can adjust with pinpoint precision using the thermostatic controls to perfect each recipe. With the two (2) racks and five (5) side rails, you can set the food in the perfect position for cooking. The oven interior is porcelain enamel so the grime is easy to spot and clean. The cabinet base on this commercial range is made of stainless steel, providing convenient storage space for cooking essentials for instant access. It is fitted with removable doors that open from the center.

This commercial gas range has a 9.25" deep rail at the front plus fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke coming from the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood to keep the space safe and comfortable.
