For a compact and convenient sandwich or salad prep station, it’s hard to beat the Turbo Air PST-60-N PRO Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table. This model features two refrigerated cabinets with 16 cu. ft. of space that is easily organized with the 2 included shelves. The stainless steel shelving is extremely durable and will last much longer than vinyl-coated wire shelves. 

The worktop features two cold bunkers that include 24 pans for various salad or sandwich ingredients. The insulated hood and lid easily open with spring-assisted gravity hinges and are easy to remove for cleaning. Fresh salad and sandwich fixings are kept cool and fresh with a forced-air system that circulates air under and around the pans maintaining a safe temperature even when the lids are open.

At the heart of this unit is Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser. This makes use of a spinning brush that periodically moves up and down over the condenser preventing dust from building up. Keeping the condenser clean makes sure the unit is running at 100% efficiency and can reduce the number of service calls over the unit’s lifetime.

This prep station features a ⅕ HP compressor using environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant. The unit is easy to integrate into most businesses with its standard 115v/60/1-ph power configuration only requiring 8.9 amps of current. Moving the unit into place is simple with the included 4” casters and 10 ft. power cable.
