Heat-Reflecting Glass Doors Seal Hot Temperatures In
The Turbo-Air RBCO-N1U has (2) thermal glass doors that reflect heat back into the baking chamber. This eliminates heat loss and ensures your food items are exposed to the right temperatures at all times. The glass doors also allow you to check up on your food items as they’re cooking without having to open them and release hot air. They are also a great way to market your food products and attract more customers.
Ample Space for Preparing Large Batches
At 33 ¼” wide, the Turbo-Air RBCO-N1U can accommodate up to (5) US size food trays that measure 18” x 26”, allowing you to prepare several food items at once. For foodservice establishments that see a lot of growth in the future, you can also have the option to stack a second convection oven to your first unit so you can double your production without doubling your space requirements.
Uniform Cooking at All Times
The Turbo-Air RBCO-N1U has a fan motor and propeller that blows hot air into the baking chamber to cook your food products evenly. The oven can also deliver steam at temperatures of 302° F and above, a helpful feature when baking artisan breads or cooking juicy meat dishes. To make sure the hot temperatures stay inside the oven cavity, the Turbo-Air RBCO-N1U is fully insulated to seal the hot air in.
No Cold Spots or Hot Spots
In some ovens, certain nooks and crannies may have different temperatures, creating cold or hot spots that result in uneven cooking. The Turbo-Air RBCO-N1U has a 13.2” bi-directional fan that rotates clockwise and counterclockwise. This helps deliver hot air to all parts of the baking chamber to ensure that none of your food items are left undercooked or overdone. The fan also has a door switch safety cutoff that prevents it from operating when the door is not fully closed.
Full Control Over the Temperature
The Turbo-Air RCBO-N1U is sensitive to both room temperature and oven temperature, letting you set the precise temperature you need for a specific food product. The oven also includes a 60-minute timer that allows you to set the cooking time for your items and work on other tasks.
When you need to prepare several batches of the same product every day, the oven’s settings allow you to input your time, temperature, fan, and steam settings so you don’t have to input them individually every time. The Turbo-Air RBCO-N1U lets you set up to (5) programmed settings that you can easily access with a few button pushes.
