Serve up savory and smokey meats to hungry guests with the help of this 24" wide commercial charbroiler. Built to handle the more rigorous tasks, this unit has stainless steel on the interior, exterior, and combustion chamber.

There are four (4) burners that deliver a total of 60,000 BTU cooking power. The radiants heat up the free-floating round rod top grate. The cast iron material holds heat well so the charbroiler recovers and preheats in no time. The grate can be moved to four (4) tilted positions so you can quickly adjust the intensity of the heat and produce the best results. The fully insulated double walls also help with heat retention for faster and efficient cooking sessions.

The crossover pilot tube system is continuously lit so you can start the charbroiler quickly. The EZ tilt-to-front grease trough helps mitigate flareups and redirect grease produced from cooking. Cleanups are also made easier with a top grid scraper also included. This commercial charbroiler also comes standard with a 6" service shelf with utility bar and water tubs.
