Bakers Pride C-36RS Description
This 36" wide gas commercial charbroiler lets you cook up barbecue-style meats right from your countertop. With stainless steel interior, exterior, and combustion chamber, this unit can handle the tougher cooking tasks.
There are seven (7) burners on this countertop range, each operating at 15,000 BTU per hour. The durable stainless steel radiants deliver the heat to the free-floating round rod top grate and to the food. The grate can be set to four (4) tilted positions so you can tailor the setup for each recipe. The double walls are fully insulated to speed up preheat and recovery in between uses. The continuously lit crossover pilot tube system lets you fire up the unit quickly so you can get to work right away.
Maintaining this commercial grill is easy with the EZ tilt-to-front grease trough that reduces flare-ups and redirects grease to the proper channels and a top grid scraper for cleaning the cooking surface. The unit also has a 6" service shelf with a utility bar and water tubs.
This countertop commercial charbroiler comes with CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications. You can customize the unit to your specific needs with the optional components and accessories below.
