The HLC-10 Handy Line Undercounter Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is a compact undercounter holding cabinet that is designed to use as little space as possible while keeping food warm, safe, and ready to serve. The removable fixed racks inside this heated cabinet feature spacing of 2-⅝” and can hold 12”x20” and GN 1/1 pans.

The holding temperature in each cabinet can be adjusted between 90°F and 190°F with the ergonomic digital controls. Easy to read digital displays show the current cabinet temperatures for simple monitoring. A heating element made from Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy provides reliable radiant heating.

For ease of use, while providing a low profile design, the doors are easy to open with magnetic workflow door handles. The insulated stainless steel doors are sealed by cabinet mounted door gaskets.

To make cleaning the interior simple, it features 22 gauge stainless steel construction with coved corners. The exterior features a polished finish that’s easy to wipe down on its rugged 20 gauge stainless steel construction. High-density UG-26 fiberglass insulation in the sides, top, bottom, and sides help maintain the temperature with minimal power.  For mobility, this cabinet has four 3.5” swivel casters.

To assure quality, safety, and sanitation, this holding cabinet is UL listed, EPH Classified, and features both IPX4 and CE certification.
