The FWE MT-1826-15 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet allows operators to dial in both the temperature and humidity of food stored inside to provide the ideal conditions to maximize holding time without degrading flavor or texture. To provide flexible storage options, the interior features universal tray slides that can be adjusted at 1-½” increments to a maximum spacing of 4-½”. The tray slides can accept 12”x20” or 18”x26” pans.

For precise control over the temperature and humidity, the electronic controls feature two dials. The temperature control dial has 10-degree increments for setting the temperature from 90° to 190°F while a second dial allows users to set the moisture from moist to crisp. The controls are front-mounted at eye-level for easy access and recessed to keep them out of the way. The heat and moisture is evenly distributed inside this cabinet via a fan-cooled self-lubricated Hi-Temp blower motor. The humidity and heat are controlled separately with two Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements and moisture is maintained with a 12”x20” stainless steel water reservoir that’s easy to remove for cleaning.

Users can easily open the door with a magnetic workflow handle that stays out of the way while being easy to grasp. The insulated stainless steel door is sealed by a cabinet mounted door gasket. To meet the needs of your workspace the door is field reversible.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel for durability. The exterior is 20 gauge and features a polished finish that gives the unit a great look that’s easy to maintain. The interior features 22 gauge construction with coved corners for easy cleaning. Keeping the interior nice and warm without using to much power is easy thanks to the UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation in the top, sides, bottom, and back of the cabinet. Moving this cabinet around is a breeze thanks to the 5" maintenance-free polyurethane tire casters.

This holding cabinet is IPX4 and CE certified for splash resistance and quality assurance respectively. UL listing and UL EPH classification further ensure safety and sanitation.
