Looking to add a charbroiler to your current cooking line? This heavy-duty commercial gas range is a great choice. It has a modular design that can easily fit a 24" charbroiler to your existing setup. There are four (4) burners, each delivering 15,000 BTU to help you maximize the cooking surface. It utilizes briquettes to enrich the flavor of the dishes while the grates are reversible so you can sear beautiful rounded bar patterns or diamond patterns to the meats. For added flexibility, you can tilt the grates or leave them flat depending on the food you are cooking. This commercial range uses a piezo spark ignition to turn on the charbroiler without the use of a match or lighter. There is a flame failure device in each of the burners for added safety.
This heavy-duty range is stainless steel on the front and sides to protect from rust and corrosion. The unit is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF approved for safe commercial use.

Master Series Charbroiler with stainless steel front and sides. Broiling area consists of heavy duty rack sections which are easily moved for flat or tilt position broiling. Dual sided, cast iron broiler grates with 1/2" (13mm) rounded bar, (board brand) and diamond (fine) pattern on opposite side. 15,000 BTU (4.39 kW) burners controlled by individual Hi-Lo valves. Sentry total flame failure protection for all burners Large capacity full length grease drawers. Heavyweight, long lasting briquettes. Cabinet, 17" (432mm), 24" (610mm), or 34" (864mm), wide by 34" (869mm) deep, with two stainless steel full-sized hinged doors and front. Natural gas or propane. Available in modular models, suffix BT. NOTE: Broilers supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.
