The Globe C24GG Chefmate™ 24" Gas Griddle is a mid-size model with twin burners each producing up to 30,000 BTU/hr for a total output of 60,000 BTU/hr. This model is the perfect size for most businesses that need to do a fair amount of griddling but don’t want to use up too much space in their kitchen. The ¾” thick griddle plate provides plenty of thermal mass for the dual U-style burners beneath it to provide even heat to the entire surface. The cooking surface features a fine polish to prevent food from sticking to it and the entire cooktop is easy to remove for thorough cleaning. Globe’s selection of Flat Top Commercial grills & Griddles give operators a wide range of high-quality options that are built to last.

To keep the grease in check, 3-¼” high back and side splashes are included, along with a 3-¼” wide trough at the front that leads to a removable stainless steel catch tray. The trough is wide enough to accommodate most spatulas and in front of it is an extended cool-to-touch front edge making it comfortable to use.

This griddle ships configured to use natural gas but can be easily converted to use liquid propane with the included conversion kit and regulator.
