This unit has a 36”x20-½” cooking surface for one of the lowest prices in the industry. With three independently controllable burners spaced 12” apart, this griddle provides ample temperature control over three cooking areas. Each burner is rated to produce up to 30,000 BTU/hr for a total of 90,000 BTU/hr. The U-style burners provide even heat to the polished griddle plate that is ¾” thick. The thickness of the griddle plate provides lots of thermal mass to maintain temperatures and recover quickly.

Grease is easily taken off the cooking surface and into a 3-¼” wide trough that runs the width of the cooking surface. A stainless steel catch tray is included and is easily accessed from the front of the unit. Grease is prevented from splattering all over the place with 3-¼” high splashes along the back and sides. To make cleaning as easy as possible the cooktop lifts off completely and stainless steel legs provide easy access below and around the unit.
