Globe GG36G Description
The Globe GG36G Griddle features intuitive manual controls for three U-style burners with a combined output of 90,000 BTU/hr. This griddle features a 1” thick steel plate with a smooth polished finish. This thick plate provides superior heat transfer while eliminating cold or hot spots and plenty of thermal capacity for reduced recovery time. The Flat Top Commercial grills & Griddles offered by Globe present an incredible value that operators can rely on.
Removing grease and debris from the cooking surface is simple with a wide 4” trough that leads to a single stainless steel catch tray. This catch tray is easily removed and emptied from the front of the griddle.
The front panel provides easy access to the individual pilots for each burner each of which is fully adjustable. The gas control knobs are made from durable metal and feature set screws. Operators won’t burn themselves thanks to the insulated double wall front and sides, the cool-to-touch front edge is extended for ergonomics.
This Griddle ships configured for natural gas and comes with a liquid propane conversion kit and regulator.
