Globe GG24G Description
The Globe GG24G Griddle is a manual control mid-size model with twin U-style burners with a combined output of 60,000 BTU/hr. The key feature of this griddle is its 1” thick steel plate with a polished finish. This thick plate provides superior heat transfer without any cold or hot spots and plenty of thermal capacity for reduced recovery time. Globe’s selection of Flat Top Commercial grills & Griddles provide operators with high-value options that will last.
Grease and debris are easily moved from the cooking surface and into a wide 4” trough that leads to a single stainless steel catch tray that can be easily removed and emptied from the front of the griddle.
The front panel provides easy access to the individual pilots for each burner which are fully adjustable. The gas control knobs are made from durable metal and feature set screws. Operators won’t burn themselves thanks to the insulated double wall front and sides, the cool-to-touch front edge is extended for ergonomics.
