The FSHC-5W1-EE mobile heated holding cabinet is an energy-saving solution for keeping a large amount of food at the ideal serving temperatures throughout the day. This unit runs at a 120-volt electrical connection and meets all Energy Star guidelines, making it more efficient than standard holding cabinets. There are five sets of rack slides sized for full-size sheet pans, full-size hotel pans, and even Gastronorm pans. These slides can be adjusted to accommodate larger food items. 

This model has a water chamber that can hold 1 gallon of water, injecting humidity into the cabinet that allows for longer holding periods without risk of drying out the food. This is a durable piece of equipment with a field-reversible stainless steel door and an all stainless steel interior that prevents rust or corrosion so it is bound to last and super easy to keep clean. Water does not come into contact with the interior and does not come into contact, making for an even simpler maintenance process.

This unit has a lower temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, which makes it a highly versatile addition to any kitchen including a bakery. The electronic controls let you customize the environment to your products, and with the help of the digital readout at the top, you can monitor the performance and the interior temperature at a glance. This heated cabinet is mounted on 4" casters so you can move the unit as needed.
