Hatco PFST-1XB Description
The PFST-1XB tall dry holding cabinet from Hatco’s Flav-R-Savor line provides the ideal heated storage environment for pizzas, sandwiches, and a multitude of food. This unit boasts a stainless steel interior built for heavy work.
With 18 square inches of shelf space, this single-door food warmer cabinet unit features a stationary rack with eight (8) shelves, each able to hold a bagged pizza or two(2) boxed pizzas. Temperature control is made simpler through a selector dial and indicator lights so you can easily find the right levels of heat needed for your products and easily monitor the temperature inside the cabinet.
The unit features a latching handle for safe and easy access. It has a solid back panel, a glass front, and tempered glass sides with a pair of shatter-resistant incandescent lights at the back top for complete visibility of products. It packs front and side sign holders for increased merchandising capabilities. The dry cabinet also has a sleek 11" designer black base, but you can also get this tall dry holding cabinet in clear anodized aluminum. The entire unit is mounted on 4" locking casters for hassle-free transport.
The Hatco PFST-1XB tall dry holding cabinet is cULus-certified and UL EPH Classified for guaranteed safe use. It uses 1767 watts and ships with a 6' cord with a plug attached.
