Hatco PFST-2X Description
Hatco’s PFST-2X tall dry pass-thru holding cabinet from Flav-R-Savor series comes with two (2) front and rear tempered glass doors, making it a convenient heated storage environment for a number of food products including pizzas and sandwiches. This cabinet is designed to provide even heating throughout the cavity while also ensuring quick recovery so as to not compromise product integrity even after regular opening and closing of the doors.
Packing 1767 watts of heating power, this tall dry holding cabinet has a stainless steel construction designed to handle the rigors of daily heavy use. It has an eight-shelf fixed rack with 5" centers, able to comfortably hold up to 16 boxed pizzas or eight (8) bagged pizzas with adequate space to efficiently circulate air. The six shelves are removable to accommodate your unique storage needs.
The service side makes for time-saving loading and retrieving of products. The tempered glass sides and two 60-watt lights ensure the contents are instantly visible to your customers from all sides. Temperature can be set from the control panel above the unit, with a temperature readout for easy monitoring. An on/off switch is also included.
The latching handle secures the door close while the 5" casters allow for easy transport when needed. They are also lockable so the unit firmly stays in place during merchandising.
The PFST-2X tall dry pass-thru holding cabinet is a cULus, UL EPH Classified product made in the USA. It is supplied with a 6' cord and plug.

- PFST-1XB comes with solid back panel, stainless steel inside, with painted Glossy Gray on the outside, an eight-shelf rack with six removable shelves in standard Smooth White, front and side sign holders painted Glossy Gray with flip-up front for access to controls (signs not included), 11" (279 mm) high Designer Black base, latching handle, 4" (102 mm) locking casters, cord and plug
