Bistro™ Restaurant Range, gas, 36", (3) 20,000 BTU open burners, (3) 20,000 BTU step-up open burners, infinite controls, convection oven, (1) chrome plated rack, stainless steel front, sides & stub back, 6" adjustable legs, 115v/60/1-ph, 4.0 amps, 1/4 HP, 150,000 BTU, CSAus, NSF

- Oven control located in cool zone
- Stainless steel gas tubing throughout

- Cast iron open burner available in 15,000 or 20,000 BTU
- Heavy steel top plate with easy lift off cast iron top grates
- 14 gauge fully welded Restaurant Gas Ranges stainless steel construction
- One chrome plated oven racks (wires curled and welded around main frame with no sharp ends) to prevent separation
