Bistro™ Restaurant Range, gas, 36", (3) 20,000 BTU open burners, (3) 20,000 BTU step-up open burners, infinite controls, cabinet base, stainless steel front, sides & stub back, 6" adjustable legs, 120,000 BTU, CSAus, NSF
Standard Features:
- 3/4" gas regulator
- Stainless steel pilot tips
- Stainless steel high riser
- Oven control located in cool zone
- Stainless steel gas tubing throughout
- Stainless steel removable oven interior
- Stainless steel front, stub back and sides
- Cast iron open burner available in 15,000 or 20,000 BTU
- Heavy steel top plate with easy lift off cast iron top grates
- 14 gauge fully welded Restaurant Gas Ranges stainless steel construction
- One chrome plated oven racks (wires curled and welded around main frame with no sharp ends) to prevent separation
