Southbend P12N-B Description
This heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to conveniently add two (2) powerful 35,000 BTU open burners on your countertop or chef base to increase your production capacity without using additional floor space. The burners come with manual controls for easy operation. Designed to stand up to the rigors of daily use, this commercial range is stainless steel on the front and sides, rear and exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which can be adjusted to fit uneven flooring. To keep the temperature consistent and the operation safe, the lining and the burner box are fully insulated. The front of the cooktop has a 9.25" deep rail that you can use as additional space while the drip tray can be removed for easy maintenance. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser ensures the heat and gases that come from the cooktop are redirected to the hood and away from the user.
