Platinum Heavy Duty Range, gas, 18", 11-3/4" plancha, 1/2" thick plate, manual controls, battery spark ignition, cabinet base, stainless steel front sides, rear & exterior bottom & 6" adjustable legs, 16,000 BTU, CSA, NSF

Boasting a cooking power of 16,000 BTU, this 18" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a plancha at the top and a cabinet at the bottom to create a powerful cooking station that can help you meet daily demand. The front two-thirds of the cooking surface can get as hot as 800 degrees Fahrenheit for that perfect searing while the rest supports lower cooking temperatures ideal for finishing the meals. The plate is made of half-inch thick reinforced steel and is fitted with cast-iron burners that have excellent heat retention to keep preheat and recovery time short. The plate is slightly raised so you can easily clean the cooking surface.

The front of the plancha is a 5" deep rail while the rear and sides have splash guards to keep grease and food debris from escaping the unit. There are also 3" wide collection trays set up on the sides to separate waste from the previous cooking session.

This commercial range is mostly stainless steel-from the front, sides, cabinet, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" legs to protect from rust and corrosion. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the operation efficient. Heat and smoke produced by the plancha during cooking are steered away from the user and into the vent hood by the 5" high stainless steel flue riser.

This heavy-duty range comes with CSA and NSF certifications. The unit can be integrated into a battery in any position.

Standard Features:
Plancha units have a raised griddle plate for easy cleaning of the cooking surface between loads. 3" wide collection on sides allows separation of waste for preparation of next fare. Plancha griddle is 1/2" thick reinforced steel plate powered by cast iron burners provides fast preheat and recovery time. High heat zone with max temperatures of 800°F located on front 2/3 of plate for quick sear with decreased temps on rear 1/3 of plate for product finishing.

Range: 18"-wide front-manifold sectional range includes 11-3/4" width 16,000 BTU NAT (15,500 BTU LP) griddle with side and rear splashers and grease drawer. Front Rail: 5" deep front rail. Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser. Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold). Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard. Cabinet Base: Stainless steel cabinet base with a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left.
