Southbend P18N-F Description
Boost your production capacity at no additional floor space with this 18" heavy-duty commercial gas range from Southbend. This unit lets you install a French hot top right on your counter or refrigerated/freezer base. The stainless steel plate is removable, heated by a 35,000 BTU burner. The center of the cooking surface can reach temperatures as high as 900 degrees Fahrenheit. At the front is a 9.25" deep rail that's perfect as an extra work surface.
This commercial range is mostly stainless steel--from the front and sides to the rear and exterior bottom. The lining and the burner box are fully insulated to optimize cooking efficiency and achieve a reliable temperature performance. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser prevents the user from getting blasted by heat and smoke during cooking by directing it all into the vent.
This heavy-duty range meets all CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards.
